The rules are written down, the checking is still by hand
Your team knows exactly what a complete, correct case looks like. The trouble is holding every case to those rules the same careful way, every day.

- Without RulefinchRepeated
The same rules, applied by hand on every case
Your team goes over the same points it has gone over many times before.
With RulefinchPreparedRepeated work off your plate
Hand the routine to the robot, and your people keep their attention for the work that needs them.
- Without RulefinchRisky
One missing document or wrong total gets through
A small miss on a busy day becomes a correction, a redo or a difficult conversation with the client.
With RulefinchVisibleRules you can inspect
You can see why anything came out the way it did. When something changes, we update the rules with you.
- Without RulefinchFragile
Only one person knows the rules
When that person is out, the work slows down or quietly changes.
With RulefinchSteadyThe rules no longer live in one head
Your rules are written down, so the work is prepared the same way when someone is out.
Frequently asked questions
Can we use the files we already work with?
Yes. Bring an Excel workbook, PDF, VBA or unstructured data sample, even the spreadsheet nobody wants to touch. We’ll confirm the supported content and test the output with you. VBA conversion is in preview and can make mistakes.
Will Rulefinch work with our current systems?
Yes. Rulefinch works from what your systems already produce, so your team keeps the tools it knows. We set up the rules around how you already work.
Is our data kept safe?
Yes. Your documents are encrypted, never used to train models and never shared.
Can we see why something was flagged?
Yes. Each finished job shows the rules it was held to and what was flagged for your team.
Can our rules handle special cases for certain clients?
Yes. Today our team sets these up with you for each client, such as a special rate. Anything outside your rules is flagged for your team.
Can we set up rules for different jobs?
Yes. Each job follows its own rules, such as checking a file is ready to approve, preparing a quote or invoice draft, or comparing a renewal with the expiring policy. We start with one and add the next when your team is ready.
Does it work outside the industries listed?
Yes. If your team reviews paperwork against the same rules on every case, it fits. Contact us and we’ll tell you.
Do you set it up with us?
Yes. We will set it up together, using one of your real cases. You explain how the work is done, we write the rules down with you, and your team owns them. When something changes, we update the rules with you.
What do we need to get started?
Your written rules, or the checklist your team follows, and a real case your team handled well, redacted or as a sample. We set it up with you.
Show us a case your team does by hand
The files it starts from and the rules it follows. We set it up with you, and you see it come back ready for your team.
A redacted or sample copy of a real case is fine.
